Returns and Refunds — VaganzZza

Every item on this site is hand-painted to order by our artists. Because each piece is made specifically for you after you order, we handle returns a little differently to off-the-shelf products.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at official@vaganzzza.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll offer a free repaint, replacement, or full refund.

Change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns once painting has started. If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to accommodate this before production begins.

Wrong size or item
If you ordered the wrong size or design in error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we can amend it before your item goes into production. Once painting has begun, size/design changes are treated as a new order.

How to request a return
Email official@vaganzzza.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
