All pieces are hand-painted to order by our team, so please allow extra time compared to typical online orders.

Production time
Hand-painted items are made to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to complete before dispatch, depending on current order volume. During busy periods (holidays, promotions) this may extend slightly — we'll always email you if there's a delay.

Dispatch and delivery
Once your item is ready, it's shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving within 2–3 working days of dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
